Deepen your understanding of the energetic and spiritual aspects of healing with this modern form of Reiki that incorporates traditional Usui Reiki techniques. This class includes hands on practice with plenty of time for discussion so you leave feeling confident to practice the healing art of Reiki on yourself or others.

This 2 day class will be part discussion and part hands on practice with plenty of time for sharing and questions. Participants will receive a manual which is theirs to keep as well as 2 Holy Fire Reiki placements, and 2 guided Holy Fire Reiki experiences. The placement process will be discussed in depth in the beginning of class.

Preparation for Reiki 1 and 2

A Reiki placement can be considered a ceremonial spiritual empowerment. Please respect this ceremonial space and process. Honor yourself. Drink plenty of water, eat clean, get good rest, and avoid alcohol. It is suggested to start this prior to class as it may ease the physical integration process, but definitely throughout the duration of the ceremony. Feed yourself kind nourishing thoughts and surround yourself with encouraging and supportive people and environments.
